濟(jì)南塑料袋：塑料袋，不宜裝燙食

　　需要格外注意的是，只有專(zhuān)門(mén)的“食品級(jí)”P(pán)E材料保鮮袋才能用來(lái)裝生鮮食物。

　　PE材質(zhì)是一種很廣泛的概念，為了適合不同的使用場(chǎng)景，會(huì)使用不同的添加成分和生產(chǎn)工藝。這會(huì)導(dǎo)致它們?cè)跉埩粑镔|(zhì)、耐受溫度、強(qiáng)度、硬度等方面有很大差距，因而不能看到PE標(biāo)識(shí)就覺(jué)得可以用來(lái)儲(chǔ)存食物。

　?、诓灰碎L(zhǎng)時(shí)間接觸油脂。PE的原料主要是低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）和線性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE），在接觸油脂時(shí)，兩種物質(zhì)可能會(huì)發(fā)生一定程度的溶脹并分解，溶于油脂中，使油脂帶有哈喇味。

　?、?Not suitable for prolonged exposure to grease. The main raw materials for PE are low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). When in contact with oils and fats, these two substances may swell and decompose to a certain extent, dissolve in the oils and fats, and give them a rancid taste.

　　因此，不要用透明塑料袋裝熱食，也不要用來(lái)分裝肉類(lèi)直接凍冰箱，凍肉還是建議用食品級(jí)的、密封性好的袋子。

　　Therefore, it is best not to use transparent plastic bags for hot food in supermarkets, nor to use them for packaging meat directly in the refrigerator. It is recommended to use food grade and well sealed bags for frozen meat.

　　3、2種塑料袋勸你別裝食物

　　①不要用摸起來(lái)很軟且沒(méi)有QS標(biāo)識(shí)的塑料袋裝食物，因?yàn)檫@類(lèi)塑料袋怕油、怕熱。

　　① Do not use plastic bags that are soft to the touch and do not have QS labels to store food, as these bags are sensitive to oil and heat.

　　食物溫度過(guò)高時(shí)，可能析出有害物質(zhì)鄰苯二甲酸酯，長(zhǎng)期食用被污染的食物，會(huì)增加高血糖、高血脂等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

　　When the food temperature is too high, harmful substances such as phthalates may precipitate. Long term consumption of contaminated food can increase the risk of high blood sugar, high blood lipids, and so on.

　?、诓噬芰洗唤】怠Ｒ?yàn)槔锩婵赡芎小坝卸居泻Α钡某煞帧讲④?。尤其是常被用于裝海鮮的黑色塑料袋，其實(shí)是可回收再生塑料。因此，不要用彩色塑料袋裝直接吃的食物。

　　② Colorful plastic bags are unhealthy. Because it may contain a "toxic and harmful" ingredient - benzo [a] pyrene. Especially the black plastic bags commonly used for storing seafood are actually recyclable and recycled plastics. Therefore, do not use colored plastic bags to directly eat food.
